Exams and Assessment Information • In PSHCEE there is no external assessment; progress will be assessed each learning cycle with a specific assessment related to the content covered What will I learn about? The KS4 curriculum continues to build on content from KS3, guided by six core topics: • Being Me in My World • Celebrating Difference • Dreams and Goals • Healthy me • Relationships • Changing Me PSHCEE How will I learn? • Contributing in class discussions and role plays with your own points of view and responding to others • Visits from guest speakers • Self-reflection to recognise strengths and weaknesses in your personal, social, health, citizenship and economic development • Taking an interest in current affairs both locally and nationally by watching the news or reading articles • Using ICT and the internet to explore scenarios and conduct research Where could PSHCEE take me? • PSHCEE will help you gain the confidence to participate in communities in a positive manner and become an active citizen. • As this subject develops your communication and self-reflection skills, it creates a strong basis for all careers. • The content of this course will develop your skills and knowledge needed in the world of work and beyond.
