Exams and Assessment Information • 2 written exams which include multiple choice, short-answer questions and one extended writing question. • A one hour and 30 minute exam on Fitness and Body systems (36% of final grade) • A one hour 15 minute exam on Health and Performance (24% of final grade) • Performing in 3 practical activities – 1 team, 1 activity, 1 free choice.
